That transformation happens when you turn the vision of your healthiest, most vibrant self into a reality by utilizing a healthy mindset and creating new habits. As a Coach I can walk with you on that journey, so you don’t lose sight of that vision!

What Coaching is NOT

Just so that we are clear about what Coaching is and is not, I thought it would be helpful to identify a couple of areas of confusion for many people. Coaches are usually not nutritionist, dietitians or personal trainers, though they may be knowledgeable about these things.

 

Mental health counseling

A Health and Wellness Coach is not a therapist or psychologist. While they can help clients to improve their mindset, they are typically not qualified to work with clients around psychological disorders.
